International Yoga Day was celebrated on 20 June 2024. To mark this special occasion, we organized a unique event where 30 students performed 30 yoga asanas, symbolizing 30 glorious years of our school’s journey. The asanas were carefully selected to combine beginner, intermediate, and advanced poses. The sequence included foundational poses like Tadasana (Mountain Pose) and Vrikshasana (Tree Pose), intermediate poses like Trikonasana (Triangle Pose) and Bhujangasana (Cobra Pose), and advanced poses like Chakrasana (Wheel Pose) and Padmasana (Lotus Pose). Each asana was performed with precision and grace, showcasing the students' dedication and practice. The synchronized performance of Surya Namaskar by all participants added a special touch to the event, symbolizing unity and energy. The session concluded with calming Pranayama exercises and a short meditation.
