Sports activities in schools play a crucial role in the overall development of students, going beyond physical fitness to contribute to their social, emotional, and mental well-being. Regular participation in sports improves cardiovascular health, builds muscle strength, enhances flexibility, and helps maintain a healthy body weight. Sports activities help in reducing stress and anxiety while improving concentration, self-esteem, and emotional resilience. Sports teach valuable life skills such as teamwork, cooperation, communication, and leadership. Students learn to work together toward common goals and develop problem-solving abilities.
