Evaluate school performance in key domains such as curriculum, teaching-learning
processes, infrastructure, governance, inclusivity, and student development.
Promote a culture of self-assessment among school staff and management.
Identify areas for improvement and create actionable plans for development.
Ensure accountability and transparency in school operations and outcomes.
Engage stakeholders (teachers, students, parents, alumni) in the quality
improvement process. Prepare periodic reports to share progress and compliance
with quality standards.
