School Hours

Classes 1–12: 8.30 am–3.30 pm

Pre KG–UKG: 9 am–3 pm

1. Students arriving after 8.40 am will not be allowed inside the school premises and the gates will be closed.
2. Students will be allowed to leave the school premises during school hours only after obtaining permission from the Principal.
3. The Principal's permission is required in advance for students who are planning to take leave for a long period of time (3+ days).
4. A medical certificate is required for sick leave that exceeds 3 consecutive days.
5. School will not sanction permission or half-a-day leave on examination days.
6. We do not encourage children wearing gold ornaments and/or carrying costly items. The school will not be held responsible for the loss of such items.

Uniform

1. School sports uniform must be worn on Wednesdays with white canvas shoes.
2. School regular uniform must be worn with black shoes and grey socks on days other than Wednesdays.

Tuition Fee

The annual tuition fee is due by 30 April. Tuition fees vary by segment—KG/Primary/Middle School/High School—and there are 2 payment options.

Payment Plans

Annual: 100% due by 30 April

Bi-Annual: 60% due by 30 April; 40% due by 31 August.

Late Joining

The minimum payment is for one term; once a student starts a term, fees are payable for the full term.

Refunds

The refund of tuition fee will apply where the fees have been prepaid and the student does not attend any part of the term. Refunds are made only after all dues have been cleared and the school materials are returned.

Outstanding Payments

1. Late fine will be charged on any unpaid balance of the annual tuition and other fees. If any payment remains unpaid upon withdrawal from the School, no marksheets, TCs, or other records will be released until full payment is received.
2. No fees will be refunded in the event of temporary school closure due to force majeure reasons.
